📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will my order take?
Processing times vary depending on the item:
- Handmade stationery items: 5-10 business days
- Made-to-order items (designed by us, fulfilled by suppliers): production times vary by supplier
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on location and carrier delays.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always.
Some items are handmade in our studio, while others are made to order and fulfilled by trusted production partners. Orders containing multiple item types may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. This is normal, especially with made-to-order items.

Are your items handmade or printed?
We offer both:
- Handmade stationery and gifts created in our studio
- Made-to-order products fulfilled by trusted production partners
Each product listing will specify how it is made.
What is “Twiggy’s Heart”?
Twiggy’s Heart is our signature collection, created around meaningful divine messages, and intentional design. Each piece is designed to be a small reminder you can carry into everyday life. It's also where you will find specially designed pieces created to bring awareness and support for causes close to our hearts. Portions of the proceeds will go to support these causes.
Do colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handmade or print-on-demand process.
🔄 RETURNS & ISSUES
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at twiggysgifts@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are made to order or handmade, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we will always help with:
- damaged items
- incorrect items
- production errors
I entered the wrong address—what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
