Because we offer a mix of handmade and made-to-order items, please read the information below to understand how your order will be fulfilled.
📦 Shipping & Fulfillment
✏️ Handmade & Studio Items
Stationery, bookmarks, stickers, pens, and subscription items are created and shipped directly from our studio.
Processing time is typically 5-10 business days.
🌍 Made-to-Order Items
Some items (such as apparel, home decor, and select gifts) are produced and shipped by trusted production partners.
Processing times vary by item and will be shown at checkout.
đźšš Split Shipping
If your order includes both studio-made and made-to-order items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
This helps ensure each item is created and delivered with the highest quality and care.
⏳ Delivery Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and item type.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because many of our items are handmade or made just for you after ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for most items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your item, please contact us—we will always do our best to make it right.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time and include:

- a photo of the item (if applicable)
- a short description of the issue
