We want you to feel confident shopping with Twiggy’s Gifts. Every item is created or selected with care, whether it is handmade in our studio or made to order through our trusted production partners.
Because of the nature of small-batch and made-to-order products, our return policy is outlined below.
🔄 Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for most items.
This includes:
- handmade stationery and gifts
- made-to-order items (such as apparel and decor)
- clearance or sale items
- subscription items
💔 If there is an issue with your order
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
Please include:
- your order number
- a photo of the item (if applicable)
- a short description of the issue
📦 Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If you choose not to reship the order, we may offer a partial refund excluding shipping costs.
⏳ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as many items begin production quickly.
🌍 Customs & International Orders
Twiggy's Gifts currently only serves customers residing in the U.S.A. Should this change in the future, Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
